READING: Students were introduced to their Kidblog: Great Books & Inspiring Leadersstudent blog today.  Please sign-in and read the posts in "Tavares' blog" prior to beginning your first post.  PAST DUE.

Reflection #1: responding to the following guiding questions and place in the Entrance Pass bin for Tuesday Sept. 24th:

• Describe a learning goal that you have for yourself this year? What steps do you need to take, to accomplish this learning goal?
• Describe what will make you a successful students this year? (socially / academically)
• Describe how you will be a contributing member of 308's community?

MEDIA LITERACY: the final few yet to be submitted Success Posters are postponed to Monday Sept. 23rd.

ARTS: class time is provided for the ink line drawings; home time will be needed beginning Wednesday evening for students to complete their line drawings for Tuesday Sept. 24th.

TERRY FOX: Pledge forms and raffle forms were sent home today.  Please come on Thursday September 26 and join McMurrich as we run together to support the Terry Fox Foundation.

School Council: This year's annual potluck dinner will take place on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 6-8pm at McMurrich Jr PS.
