Today:  Students were true ambassadors of McMurrich while we were guests at the Yorkdale Apple store.  They respectfully and purposefully collaborated in partners using iMovie to create a PSA on a local/global issue that concerns them & how they want to bring about change in our communities.  Thank you to our parent volunteers, we couldn't have been successful today without your support.




WRITING:  continue to research information for the Biography you are writing on a Canadian War Hero.  Refer to previous posts for details on this task (both in-class and at-home time is needed)

Dance Groups:  Remembrance Day background music (30 secs per group)

• TASK 1: Remembrance Day Poems have been co-constructed online using google docs during class time.  Home time is needed to complete the poem for Monday November 11th.
• TASK 2: Let's create a thread bringing together your "My Best Friend is a Metaphor" poem on Voicethread PAST DUE

• TASK 3: - consider the class feedback received and type your second draft of the Beauty of Pollination Poem PAST DUE
